# TIMO360 — product summary for LLMs

> Employee monitoring and workforce management software.

## 1. Privacy model
Collected: the active application name, window title text, a yes/no keyboard/mouse activity signal for active vs. idle detection, punch in/out, break and meeting times recorded in the agent, and device metadata (OS, agent version).
Never collected: keystroke content, passwords, form contents or clipboard data, private message contents, full page URLs or query strings, screenshots, screen recordings, audio or webcam capture.
The agent sends at most one batched heartbeat every 30 seconds. Raw activity events are deleted after the organization's retention window (7 days by default); reports and aggregated sessions are kept longer at lower detail.
On macOS, window titles require the operating system's Screen Recording permission, which the employee chooses to grant in the agent; declining only removes window-title detail.
Organizations remain responsible for communicating their tracking policy to employees and for complying with local employment and privacy law.

## 2. Features
- Attendance, punch in/out and break sessions with a daily working/idle/break breakdown.
- Active/idle presence with a per-organization idle threshold.
- Application usage in each employee's report (active application name and window title text).
- Reports (daily, weekly, monthly), exports (CSV, Excel, PDF) and in-app alerts for administrators when an employee is idle or offline for over 2 hours, a device stops reporting or a session is closed automatically.
- Departments with assigned managers, and device health across enrolled machines.
- Multi-tenant data isolation; managers see only their assigned departments and employees see their own data.

## 3. Desktop agent
- **Windows**: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit (.exe installer)
- **macOS**: macOS 12 Monterey or later, Apple silicon and Intel (.dmg disk image)
- **Linux**: Any x86_64 distribution with a desktop session (.AppImage)
Each employee installs the agent from https://timo360.com/download and enters the single-use enrollment code from their invite email (codes expire after 1 day; administrators can resend invites).
