# TIMO360

> Employee monitoring and workforce management software. Track attendance, active and idle time, breaks and application usage for remote, hybrid and in-office teams — without screenshots, keystroke logging or webcam access.

## What it does
- Attendance: punch in/out and break tracking from the desktop agent.
- Active and idle time from keyboard/mouse presence signals (never what was typed); idle threshold is configurable per organization.
- Active application name and window title text, with top applications in each employee's report (never screen content, full URLs or page content).
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports exportable as CSV, Excel or PDF, plus in-app alerts for administrators.
- Departments, managers and role-based access (Org Admin with full or view-only access, Manager, Employee).
- Configurable data retention windows, from 1 day to 10 years.

## Desktop agent platforms
- **Windows**: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit (.exe installer)
- **macOS**: macOS 12 Monterey or later, Apple silicon and Intel (.dmg disk image)
- **Linux**: Any x86_64 distribution with a desktop session (.AppImage)
