- Offers apply to new licenses only; renewals are charged the plan's full price.
- Prices are shown before tax, and tax such as GST is shown separately at checkout.
Per-employee pricing is simple in principle: you pay for the people you monitor. The details that matter are how licenses are bought, what happens at renewal and how tax is shown. Here is how TIMO360 handles each.
One license per monitored employee
You buy licenses for the employees you want to monitor and assign one to each person. Licenses can be reassigned when your team changes, and an org admin can add more at any time from the billing page.
Paid once, renewed by you
Licenses are paid for with a one-time payment through Razorpay checkout, and nothing renews automatically. TIMO360 sends reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before a license runs out. After expiry, a short grace period keeps monitoring running. Once it ends, monitoring for that employee pauses until the organization renews their license, and other employees are not affected.
Offers apply to new licenses only
A plan can carry an introductory offer. It applies when you buy new licenses, never at renewal: a renewal is always charged the plan's full price, which the pricing page shows next to the offer.
Tax is shown separately
Plan prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies, such as GST on purchases in INR, it is added at checkout and shown separately.
Estimate your cost
The live price of each license is on the pricing page, read from the same billing system used at checkout. Use the pricing calculator to see what a team of any size will cost, including tax and the full-price renewal amount.
