TIMO360 is privacy-first employee monitoring and workforce management software. A lightweight desktop agent tracks attendance, active and idle time, breaks and application usage for remote, hybrid and in-office teams, and managers see it all in one dashboard. What TIMO360 does
Most monitoring tools record what employees see and type. TIMO360 measures how work happens instead: who is present, who is active or idle, and which applications are used. That gives managers the visibility they need for attendance, reporting and payroll conversations without storing screen content or keystrokes that would need to be reviewed and secured.
It is a multi-tenant platform. Every organization has its own isolated data, its own departments and roles, and its own settings for idle thresholds, timezone and data retention.
How it works
From sign-up to a live dashboard in four steps.
Create your organization
An administrator signs up, creates the organization and sets preferences such as the timezone and idle threshold.
Invite your team
Invite employees by email and organize them into departments with assigned managers.
Install the agent
Each employee installs the desktop agent and enters the single-use enrollment code from their invite. Codes expire after 1 day, and invites can be resent.
Track and review
Employees punch in and out from the agent. Managers see live status, reports and alerts in the dashboard.
The agent sends at most one batched heartbeat every 30 seconds, updates itself automatically, and marks a device offline if it stops reporting.
What is collected, and what never is
The agent works from presence signals only. Employees can see their own data in a personal transparency report.

- The active application name and window title text
- A yes/no keyboard and mouse activity signal for active versus idle
- Punch in/out, break and meeting times recorded in the agent
- Device details such as operating system and agent version
Never collected
- Keystroke content, passwords or clipboard data
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Webcam or microphone capture
- Private message contents or form contents
- Full page URLs or query strings
On macOS, window titles need the operating system's Screen Recording permission, which each employee chooses to grant; declining only removes window-title detail. Read the full details in the privacy policy.

Pricing and licensing
TIMO360 is priced per employee license, so cost follows your headcount. Licenses are one-time payments through Razorpay checkout and never renew automatically. An organization admin can add, renew or reassign licenses at any time from the billing page, and a short grace period keeps monitoring running if a renewal is delayed.
Taxes such as GST are shown separately from the per-employee price. The current price is the same one used at checkout.
