How much does TIMO360 cost?
TIMO360 is priced per employee license. The current price per license is shown in the plan card at the top of this page, and it is the same price as in the pricing section on our homepage. It is read live from the same billing system used at checkout, so it is always up to date.
How does per-employee pricing work?
You buy one license for each employee you want to monitor and assign it to them. Licenses can be reassigned to another employee at any time, and you can add more whenever your team grows.
Does TIMO360 renew automatically?
No. Licenses are paid for with a one-time payment and nothing renews by itself. An org admin renews licenses from the billing page, and TIMO360 sends reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before a license runs out.
What happens when a license expires?
A short grace period keeps monitoring running for that employee. After it ends, monitoring for that employee pauses until the organization renews their license. Other employees are not affected.
Do offers and discounts apply to renewals?
No. An offer applies to new licenses only. A renewal is always charged the plan's full price, which is shown next to any offer on the plan card.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken through Razorpay checkout by an org admin, either to buy new licenses or to renew existing ones.
Are taxes included in the price?
Plan prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies, such as GST on purchases in INR, it is added at checkout and shown separately, and the cost calculator on this page includes it.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of licenses?
The plan card shows any minimum or maximum number of licenses. If you need more than the plan allows, message us and we will help.
Can I add more employees later?
Yes. An org admin can add or reassign licenses at any time from the billing page, and renew a license in the last 7 days before it expires or after.
What is included in every license?
The whole platform: attendance, break and meeting tracking, active and idle time, application usage in each employee's report, alerts, departments and roles, and the Windows, macOS and Linux desktop agents. It never includes screenshots, keystroke logging or webcam access. See the full checklist on this page.
