Who can see employee data?
Access is role-based. Managers are restricted to their assigned department members, and employees can only view their own activity. Every record is scoped to your organization.
Is TIMO360 GDPR compliant?
TIMO360 is designed around data minimization: no keystrokes, screenshots, webcam or audio, and automatic retention windows. That makes it easier to meet GDPR and local requirements, but compliance also depends on how your organization uses the data and on its own policy and notices.
How long is data kept?
Raw events, aggregated sessions and reports each have a configurable retention window, from 1 day up to 10 years. Raw activity events are kept for 7 days by default.
Does TIMO360 write our monitoring policy?
No. It publishes exactly what is collected and never collected and gives you the controls, but your organization remains responsible for its policy and for complying with local law.
