Employee Monitoring for Digital Marketing Agencies
Agency teams work across design tools, ad platforms and browsers, often from home. TIMO360 shows attendance, active and idle time and which applications are in use, without capturing client work on screen.
- No screenshots or keystroke logging
- Windows, macOS & Linux
- Per-employee pricing

Why Visibility Is Hard in Digital Marketing Agency
The usual monitoring options fit these teams badly. Here is what gets in the way.
Remote and hybrid creatives
Designers, strategists and account managers work from different places, so presence and attendance need to be visible without sharing a room.
Client work is sensitive
Campaign plans and unreleased assets are on screen all day, which makes screenshot-based tools a poor fit.
Time is spread across many tools
Designers, strategists and account managers move between design tools, ad platforms and browsers all day, so a simple clock-in says little.
Headcount changes often
Agencies scale up and down with client work, so licensing has to follow the people you actually monitor.
Built on Presence Signals, Not Surveillance
Attendance without a shared office
Punch in/out, breaks and meetings from the agent give you reliable presence data for remote and hybrid staff. Marked meetings count as active time, so a long client call is not read as idle.
Attendance trackingApplication usage
The active application is recorded with the window title text, and each employee's report lists their top applications. Screen content is never captured.
Activity level trackingActive and idle time
See how much of the day was spent actively working, with an idle threshold you control.
Activity level trackingExports for leadership
Daily, weekly and monthly reports export as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Questions From Digital Marketing Agency Teams
More in the full FAQ.
Does TIMO360 track time per client or project?
No. It reports attendance, active and idle time and application use. It does not track time by client or project and does not produce billable-hour invoices.
Will client work on screen be captured?
No. TIMO360 never takes screenshots or records the screen. It records the active application name and window title text, so a window title may show a document or page name.
Can employees see their own data?
Yes. Every employee gets a personal transparency report of their own data, and employees can only view their own activity.
How does licensing work as the team changes?
You buy one license per monitored employee and can reassign it when someone leaves. An org admin can add, renew or reassign licenses at any time from the billing page.
